en DUKE Heights Business Improvement Area (BIA) is one of 84 City of Toronto BIAs in a quest to represent and provide services and programs beneficial to the success and growth of BIA Businesses. Far from typical and uniquely unique, Duke Heights BIA has a collection of diverse business sectors which sets it apart from other BIAs. As such, Duke Heights BIA prides itself in thinking out of the box by tailoring services, business supports and resources for BIA Members consistent with the BIAs business composition.
The DUKE Heights BIA Board of Directors are successful, driven, and dedicated BIA Business Professionals and Property Owners who volunteer their valuable time, contribute resources, knowledge and experience towards the future advancement, development and success of the BIA and the BIA businesses.
Since 2014, our BIA Board Members have worked to advocate and deliver on the many programs, services, and BIA improvements on behalf of the BIA Membership. Their goal is simple, to ensure the BIA vision is brought to successful fruition.
Meet the dedicated and passionate DUKE Heights BIA Team. Core to the daily operations and instrumental in delivering business support and programming to BIA businesses, the staff at DUKE Heights work closely with the BIA Board of Directors and the City on behalf of and for the betterment of the BIA business community.
The DUKE Heights boundaries run from Steeles to Sheppard Avenue, and from Keele to Dufferin Street. If you own a business within these boundaries, you are automatically a member of the DUKE Heights BIA.
Living within these boundaries is also the only way to become a member of DUKE Heights.
DUKE Heights BIA maintains strong connections within the BIA community and with external stakeholders to enhance working relationships to benefit the BIA and its members. Building on these opportunities, the BIA has helped organizations, students and businesses to make connections.
