ACCESS Community Capital Fund is a registered charity that helps people facing economic barriers such as low-income, poor credit or lack of collateral to obtain low-interest microloans up to $5,000 for small business or professional development. This loan can be used to start or expand a small business; or for skills upgrading, certification or tools of the trade. Applicants may have poor credit, no collateral or be unable to get financing from a financial institution.
