Located on what used to be a Canada Dry bottling plant, the Champagne Centre, like the neighbourhood in which it is situated, pays homage to its past while celebrating its future.

The Champagne Centre is located at 2 Champagne Drive in North York, Toronto at the intersection of Finch Avenue West and Champagne Drive, one traffic light west of Dufferin Street. Both the Centre and the street on which it is located, take their names from “The Champagne of Ginger Ales,” an early innovator in mass production and distribution.

The Champagne Centre, which continues in that spirit of innovation as a “Life Centre,” contains a wide range of health, lifestyle and retail facilities all in one location. At the Champagne Centre you receive the services and support you need to help you “live life healthy.”

Champagne Centre Features

The Champagne Centre’s sports complex is comprised of an indoor soccer facility, an indoor swimming pool, and a hockey arena with 3 ice surfaces, which plays host to league games, practices, tournaments, figure skating, skating parties and many more activities.

The Champagne Centre also houses the Polyclinic Family and Specialty Medicine Facility, which offers the services of the 13 family physicians and over 40 specialists. Adjacent to the Polyclinic, within the Champagne Centre, is a wide array of medical diagnostic services, including a medical laboratory fully equipped for blood work, medical imaging department, two dental clinics, sleep medicine clinic, audiology, endoscopy, cardiology, pulmonary function, eye care and foot care .

Many retail shops and professional services, including a fully stocked pharmacy, fitness equipment wholesaler, fashion eyewear boutique with an onsite optician, and Family and Personal Injury Law offices complement the Champagne Centre’s medical and fitness services.

More than 450 on-site parking spaces – currently available at no charge – serve the 270,000 Sq. Ft. state of the art Champagne Centre.
