In a world overflowing with wellness trends, podcasts, and TikToks, finding a balanced path to better health can feel like trying to tune into a single clear note in a sea of noise. Most people know the basics—exercise, eat well, manage stress—but bringing those pieces together in real life is another story. That’s where CasaVive comes in.
CasaVive is a holistic health studio that’s reimagining what it means to take care of your body and mind. Founded by Jacqueline, a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Counselor, and Yasmine, a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Athletic Therapist, CasaVive was born from experience—and frustration. The two met while working in gyms across the GTA, where they saw clients struggle to connect the dots between fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness.
“When someone exercises in one place, gets a massage somewhere else, then reads nutrition advice online that completely conflicts with what their doctor says, it’s no wonder they feel stuck,” Yasmine explains. “People want to feel better, but they need a more integrated approach.”
That insight became the heartbeat of CasaVive—a place where movement, nourishment, and restoration all live under one roof. Here, clients don’t just sweat through workouts; they learn how their bodies work and how to support them through every stage of life. The focus isn’t on fads or quick fixes, but on helping people build sustainable, informed habits that actually feel good.

CasaVive offers a range of holistic services including one-on-one training, small group classes, nutrition counseling, massage therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, athletic therapy, and alternative practices like yoga and sound healing. Open community events, such as “Lunch and Learns,” bring like-minded individuals together to share knowledge, connection, and a little inspiration.
The boutique studio’s calming, inviting energy is often the first thing clients notice—a welcome contrast to the bright lights and blaring music of a typical gym. “We wanted CasaVive to feel like a breath of fresh air,” says Jacqueline, “somewhere people feel supported, not pressured.”

As CasaVive continues to grow, its mission remains simple yet powerful: to quiet the noise around health and help people reconnect with what their bodies truly need. In doing so, Jacqueline and Yasmine are not just offering services—they’re building a community grounded in balance, education, and genuine care.
