Polyclinic Family and Specialty Medicine Facility is a multidisciplinary medical center located in the Champagne Centre at 2 Champagne Drive (Dufferin and Finch area). The facility boasts a comprehensive, state-of-the-art 20,000+ square foot medical space that houses a wide variety of medical and diagnostic services, including a walk-in clinic, family physicians, specialists in all areas of medicine, x-ray/ultrasound, audiology, pulmonary function testing, a sleep medicine lab, and cardiac testing. The facility also collaborates with a range of other healthcare services located within the Champagne Centre, such as the onsite pharmacy, rehabilitation center, LifeLabs, dentists, optometrist, pain clinic, and out-patient endoscopy clinic.
The Polyclinic team of physicians at the walk-in clinic is available to offer proper screening, educate you on preventative care, fill prescriptions, and diagnose ailments and other concerns. If you need specialized care or diagnostic testing, physicians can refer you to a convenient and qualified provider.
