Their LDF plant manager has over 35 years of experience in the frozen foods industry as a laminated dough supervisor and is responsible for the production of thousands of fresh frozen food products made by state-of-the-art machinery every day. All of Their products are kept in a blast freezer (shock freezer) to ensure they stay fresh until they are delivered to Their customers.
